I work with you personally to create weekly healthy menus based off of your food and flavor preferences, nutritional goals, and meal and lifestyle needs. I then cook your dishes in your own kitchen and store them in your fridge for you to enjoy during the week. Nutrition coaching complements these meals so you understand why you are eating certain foods and how to make better-for-you food choices when you are eating outside your home. We’ll also explore ways to enhance your health and wellness through fitness, self-care, and routines.
