Food nourishes the body, and it should also nourish the mind and soul. You’ll learn how to allow yourself to enjoy eating and dining out and eat that piece of chocolate if it makes you feel good!

Enhance Your Palate

Your palate is often over-saturated by added sugars and ultra-processed foods.  We’ll take steps to reset and enhance your palate by increasing fruits and vegetables in all your meals and avoiding added sugars and highly processed foods.

Live Well

 Life is not worth living if you’re not living well. We’ll find fitness you enjoy, discover positive environments, and explore ways to relax and de-stress. It takes time and dedication, but you’re worth it.

Each nutrition coaching session is personalized to focus on you and what you need to reach your goals.  We’ll work together to create a custom nutrition plan and healthy habits that work for your lifestyle so you can reach your goals. Between sessions, you’ll have the ongoing accountability you want via text or email.

With my grocery shopping tours you’ll navigate the aisles with confidence, learn how to read food labels, be introduced to new ingredients, discover quick and healthy options, learn tasty cooking tips, and more.

Do you want to put your nutrition knowledge into practice, but need a little more hands-on training? I’ll teach you how to use time saving tips that I learned while working in restaurant kitchens to make simple, healthy, delicious dishes in your own kitchen. We’ll cover topics including basic cooking skills, meal prep, tasty flavor combinations, and how to brighten and season dishes.

Got the cooking skills, but lack the recipe ideas? I’ll create delicious and nutritious recipes customized to your taste preferences and needs. All recipes will be simple to prepare using basic equipment found in most kitchens.

Is your kitchen in need of a makeover? I’ll come to your home and help you discover which foods and products are slowing your progress and stopping you from reaching your nutrition and life goals. I’ll provide healthful alternatives and suggest pantry staples to keep on hand for quick and easy meals. I’ll also use my restaurant experience to organize your kitchen for optimal storage space and ease of cooking.
